We are looking for someone who is available to replace regular staff during the summer period and around major holidays such as Easter, Christmas, and New Year, as well as during other needs/work peaks. You may be a university student in the early stages of your studies, as we have the opportunity to offer summer/part-time jobs for the next two to three years. We also see it as a positive if you can step in at short notice throughout the year.

Your Role

The main task is to, together with your colleagues in the team, ensure the management's core mission; that it is “clean, tidy, and safe” in the geographical area you work in.

You will primarily help the entire area with performing simple repairs in and outside our tenants' homes. This may include changing cylinders, installing curtain brackets, solving minor drainage issues, installing smoke detectors, etc. It may also involve assisting the team with other tasks in the area, such as keeping the external environment tidy.

Your Qualifications

• Completed high school education.
• You are comfortable using digital tools in your work, as we work with digital systems daily.
• Good ability to express yourself in writing and verbally.
• A valid driver's license (B) is required.
• Knowledge of and experience in property management is also an advantage, preferably with a focus on customer contacts and repairs.

Employment Type

Summer job. Full-time. Start date according to agreement. Selection is ongoing. A background check may be requested.
